UK DELIVERY

Ryatt Cosmetics offers delivery by DPD, Evri and Royal Mail on all UK orders placed via the website, depending on the size of your parcel.

Standard delivery is £3.99 or FREE on orders over £20 (excludes subscription boxes) and should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

We aim to ship our Subscription Boxes by no later than the 10th of each month, however dispatch may vary by 2-3 days of this date. If other products are ordered in the same transaction they will be shipped together with the Subscription Box around that timeframe. To receive other items sooner, please place a separate order. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are working hard to achieve international delivery options for all our customers, please bear with us whilst we work on this. If you would to place an order from a country currently not listed, please contact us and we will see where we are able to assist. We are unable to ship all of our products internationally at the moment but it is something we are constantly reviewing.

International shipping costs are weight-based, with final prices calculated at checkout. We use a Tracked International Service with Royal Mail, please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. These are approximate delivery times due to customs holdings etc.

Please note that we do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These are to be paid by the customer with the customs border. 

If you are unable to accept delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe place.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not operate at weekends so any orders placed during this time will be processed on the following Monday. 

Ryatt Cosmetics Ltd accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control that may cause late delivery. We will only deliver to the address entered at checkout.
