Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have 14 days after this to return your items to us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please keep your proof of postage as we can’t be held responsible for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. If items are received back to us damaged or missing items, we are entitled to make a charge to cover this cost, this will affect the amount credited to you.

Returns will not be accepted if you have not contacted us to arrange this. Should a return be received without prior contact, we will aim to send the goods back to you and the cost of postage will be covered by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items, clothing), grooming, cosmetic or electrical items once hygiene seals have been broken or if they show signs of use, unless faulty. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
